Cancellation Policy

At A to Zinc, we value your time and wellbeing—and we appreciate your respect for ours. This policy helps us maintain a high standard of care for all clients.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

• Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• How to Cancel: You can cancel or reschedule via your confirmation email link, or by contacting us directly.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved especially for you.

• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full consultation fee.

Feeling Unwell?

If you're unwell or unable to attend in person, we’re happy to offer telehealth as an alternative where appropriate. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

Refunds

• Prepaid sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or credit.

• Refunds are not available for missed appointments or late cancellations unless under exceptional circumstances.
