Initial Consultation

60 minutes- $220

This comprehensive session is designed for new clients seeking holistic, evidence-based support. I take a whole-person approach to explore your current health concerns, dietary and lifestyle patterns, medical history, medications, supplement use, and environmental factors. Where relevant, I’ll interpret baseline pathology and assess key anthropometric measures.

Following the consultation, you’ll receive an individualised treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include dietary and lifestyle modifications, practitioner-grade nutraceutical supplementation, and recommendations for functional pathology testing to guide future investigation.

Paediatric - Initial Consultation

60 minutes- $ 180

This comprehensive session is designed to support children and their families with personalised, evidence-based nutritional care.

I take a whole-child approach—exploring your child’s current health concerns, growth and development, dietary patterns, medical history, supplement use, and environmental influences. Where appropriate, I’ll review recent pathology and assess key anthropometric measures to build a clear picture of your child’s nutritional status.

As both a Clinical Nutritionist and Registered Nurse, I bring clinical insight and a nurturing lens to every paediatric consult—whether we’re addressing digestive issues, food intolerances, fatigue, behavioural concerns, or immune challenges.

Following the session, you’ll receive a tailored plan that reflects your child’s unique needs, preferences, and developmental stage. This may include dietary and lifestyle strategies, practitioner-only supplements, and recommendations for functional testing to guide further investigation if needed.

My goal is to support your child’s health with clarity, compassion, and practical strategies that feel doable for your family.
