I support self‑managed and plan‑managed participants
Services are billed under Capacity Building or Core Supports, depending on the session
Travel is billed in line with NDIS guidelines
Group programs use divided pricing as per NDIS Programs of Support rules
You’ll receive a clear invoice after each session or weekly for group programs.

You can also make a complaint through the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission if you prefer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may be charged at the full session fee.
This follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and protects the time set aside for your support.
